| Victory Pushes Baristas Record to 90-67 | The Silver Lake Baristas defeated the Fairfield Flash, 7-4, in RCL AAA action at Ashton Gate, with Silver Lake pitcher Jose Caceres named player of the game. Silver Lake reliever Anton Garcia was credited with the win, to go to 2-0. Alex Garrastazu took the loss for Fairfield. Silver Lake improves to 90-67 with the win. They lead their division by 3 games.
The Baristas got a big at-bat from catcher Andy McKinney. For the game, McKinney was 1-4 with a double. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the sixth, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a 2-run double. His 6th double of the season gave Silver Lake a 5-3 lead.
