Victory Over Coal Miners Takes Calgary to 91-59

The Calgary Kodiaks stymied the Antioch Coal Miners, 6-1, at The Coal Mine. Jonathan Fitzwater, who had a good day at the plate, was named player of the game. He went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for Calgary. Steve Pickering earned the win for Calgary. He lasted 5.1 innings, allowing 1 earned run on 3 hits, while striking out 2. With the win, he raised his record to 4-3. The Kodiaks bumped their record to 91-59 with this latest triumph.
