| Mustangs Bang Out 6-1 Win Versus Quebec | The Mile High Mustangs got a good effort from starter Juan Figueroa in defeating the Quebec Armada at Lucky 7 Ballpark. The final score was 6-1. Figueroa, now 4-3, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 2 hits, while striking out 9, walking 1, and allowing 1 earned run. With the victory, the Mustangs record now stands at 14-20.
Denzel Kemsley, who is tied for 8th in the TML in stolen bases with 14, helped out the Mile High cause in the top of the seventh inning with a 2-run single. For the game, the left fielder went 3 for 4 with a triple, a double, and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once.
"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Kemsley told the Mile High Today.
