| Freeze Prevail, 4-2, Over Detroit | The Minneapolis Freeze got a strong performance from pitcher Alex Alvarez, who stymied the Detroit offense en route to a 4-2 win at The Death Star. Alvarez picked up the win for Minneapolis, going 7 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 6-3. Sean Bonin was credited with the save.
