| Victory Pushes Freeze Record to 78-71 | Minneapolis starter Ricky Juarez pitched effectively against the Detroit Death Stars at The Death Star. The right-hander led his team to a 7-0 win. The winning pitcher was Juarez, now 6-9. He tossed 6.2 innings of 2-hit ball, while walking 3 and fanning 5. The Freeze bumped their record to 78-71 with this latest triumph.
The Freeze picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"Ricky's tempo and rhythm were good," said Freeze manager Adam Haddox. "He was the key to us winning."
