| Canadians Roll Bears, 6-3 | The Vancouver Canadians topped the Birmingham Bears, 6-3, in RCL AAA action at Stanley Park. The player of the game was Vancouver pitcher and Monroe, Louisiana native John Gayden. In 7 innings, Gayden surrendered 7 hits, while striking out 3 and walking 0. He allowed 3 runs.
