Bronx and Coronado duked it out at Phantoms Field and the Bombers came out victorious.

The Bronx Bombers defeated the Coronado Phantoms, 10-7. Earning player of the game honors was right fielder Alejandro Nolasco, who was 2-5 with a home run and a triple. He scored 2 times and drove in 4. Jim Reusch got the win, improving to 5-4. He pitched 6 innings, giving up 10 hits and 5 runs, while striking out 4 and walking 4.

Nolasco had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the eighth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Bombers went on to win.

"Getting a lot of baserunners and getting some timely hits, it's a good combination," said Nolasco.

The Bombers bumped their record to 79-65 with this latest triumph.
