| Aeropostales Prevail, 7-5, Over Billings | Billings right fielder Ross Stephenson had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Stephenson was 3-4 with a home run and a double, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once, even as Indian Wells beat the Mustangs, 7-5. Stephenson was named the player of the game despite the loss. The Aeropostales bumped their record to 79-65 with this latest triumph.
Yozo Kato aided the Indian Wells cause with a 2-run home run in the bottom of the third. For the game, the third baseman was 1-4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
"I'm just happy to help the team win," Kato told the Indian Wells Bulletin.
