He went 2 for 3 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 times. Keisaburo Kanada converted his 7th save in 7 tries. The Paczkis bumped their record to 74-65 with this latest triumph.
Carl Questi, who is tied for 9th in the RAAA in stolen bases with 40, aided the Canton cause with a 2-run home run in the top of the third. For the game, the center fielder went 1-4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.
