Seeger Helps Billings Cruise to 10-1 Win

Billings played host to Candiac at the friendly confines of Cobb Field.

The exploits of right fielder Ian Seeger helped the Billings Mustangs defeat the Candiac Redbirds, 10-1. Seeger went 4 for 4 with a home run and 3 doubles, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 3. The Mustangs bumped their record to 79-59 with this latest triumph.

Seeger had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the third inning, when he hit a run-scoring double. The Mustangs went on to win.

"The Mustangs definitely had our number," said Candiac manager Jim Fernández.
