Silver Lake beat Indian Wells at Stars Field, eking out a 3-2 win. The win was due in large part to pitcher Cesar Garcia, who earned player of the game honors. Jose Caceres was credited with the save. He has now successfully converted 2 of 3 save opportunities. Silver Lake goes to 77-58. The win puts them 2½ games up in their division.
