He drove in 4 runs and scored once. John Huo got the win, improving to 8-9. He worked 6.1 innings, giving up 2 runs on 5 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 3. Vazquez had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 1-2 forkball from Théophile Richard, he banged a 3-run home run to left-center, giving the Aeropostales a 4-2 lead. It was the 6th home run of the year for Vazquez.
"This level of focus will win us a lot of ballgames," Vazquez said after the game.
