| Baristas Get Past Bowling Green for 4-3 Win | Baristas center fielder Marcos Serrano put his stamp on his team's 4-3 win over the Bowling Green Racers. Serrano went 2-3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2 for Silver Lake in the contest. The first-place Baristas have won 4 straight games.
Vernon Prest had a nice at-bat for the Baristas with one out in the bottom of the ninth. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the designated hitter drew a walk, which would prove important in the Silver Lake win.
"We fed off the energy of the crowd at the end," Prest said.
