| Texans Rally For Late Win Over Mustangs | Dallas starter Aurelien Bonello had a strong outing against the Mile High Mustangs at McNichols Stadium. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 3-2 win. Picking up the save was Sam Thomas, his 5th. The Mustangs drop to 11-19 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2038 season.
The Texans got a big at-bat from shortstop Rodrigo Quiñones. For the game, Quiñones went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. In the top of the second, with the bases empty, he stroked a solo home run. His 4th home run of the season gave Dallas a 1-0 lead.
Mile High manager Kinnojo Shirai said he was "mildly disappointed" with the loss. "We had our opportunities, but we didn't take advantage of them," he said.
