| Multi-HR Game for Patterson in 7-6 Win | The Quebec Armada turned back the Tonga G.o.D., 7-6, at Lucky 7 Ballpark. Bronson Patterson was named player of the game for his fine performance. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The G.o.D. drop to 15-15 and continue their inconsistent start to the 2038 season.
Had Kevin McCarthy not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 2nd, McCarthy hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Armada.
"As well as we've been playing, I think we can play even better," said Quebec manager Jorge Morales.
