| Cacti Top Paczkis in Extras | The Albuquerque Cacti and Canton Paczkis put on quite a show at Mckinley Park.
Albuquerque right fielder Dustin Adkinson was instrumental in his team's 7-1 win over the Canton Paczkis. Adkinson went 3-5 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Cacti. The winner was Albuquerque reliever Chris Berreth, now 2-2. The loser was Chris Long.
The Cacti got a big at-bat from second baseman Miguel Rosero. For the game, Rosero went 2 for 6 with 2 singles. In the top of the 13th, with runners on 2nd and 3rd, he stroked a run-scoring single. His 53rd hit of the season gave Albuquerque a 2-1 lead.
"It was terrific getting this win," Adkinson said. "We put in a lot of work to do it."
The Cacti bumped their record to 59-59 with this latest triumph.
