The Bronx Bombers topped the Astoria Argonauts, 2-1, in TMLAAA action at Golden Fleece Park. The player of the game was Bronx pitcher and Paradera, Aruba native Lodewijk van de Wetering. The Bombers bumped their record to 68-50 with this latest triumph.
The Bombers got a big at-bat from pinch hitter Dylan Lynn. For the game, Lynn was 1-2 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the seventh, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 11th home run of the season gave Bronx a 2-1 lead.
