| Raiders Nip Caterpillars, 5-4 | Reno Raiders starter Iemitsu Shiroi pitched a strong game against the Peoria Caterpillars at Excavatar Park, leading the Raiders to a 5-4 win. Diego Contreras, credited with the save, is now 23 for 23 in save opportunities. Reno now has a 3-game win streak.
Orrin Martell, who is tied for 6th in the TAAA in hits with 110, aided the Reno cause with a run-scoring walk in the top of the third. For the game, the third baseman drew 1 walk.
