The Antioch Coal Miners scored a 8-7 win versus the Canton Paczkis at The Coal Mine. Antioch left fielder Jesús Castillo nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. Antioch reliever Ijaz Kharoti was credited with the win, to go to 2-2. Tom Cropper took the loss for Canton. Sung-your Park notched his 20th save in 24 chances.

Castillo had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the seventh. On a 1-2 fastball from Tom Cropper, he banged a 2-run home run to left, giving the Coal Miners a 8-6 lead. It was the 24th home run of the year for Castillo.

"I like the roll we're on," said Antioch manager Hervé Barthélémy.

The first-place Coal Miners have won 4 in a row.
