| Mustangs Win at Belfast, 6-3 | The Belfast Titanic got a sterling performance from first baseman Bryan Wilson, but the Mustangs still prevailed, 6-3. Wilson was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice. Mile High reliever Gabe Inoa picked up the win, bumping his record to 1-1. Jim Clemons was collared with the loss. Danny Reliford locked down his 7th save.
The Mustangs got a big at-bat from shortstop Gerard Wych. For the game, Wych went 1 for 3 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3. In the top of the fourth, with runners on 1st and 3rd, he stroked a 3-run home run. His 1st home run of the season gave Mile High a 5-2 lead.
"We played a good game and came out on top," said Wych.
The Titanic fall to 12-14 and continue their uneasy start to the 2038 season.
