| Rockets Lose, 6-3, at Foothills Stadium | Calgary rode a decent outing from starter Yoshiaga Adachi to victory over the Reno Rockets at Foothills Stadium. The final score was 6-3. Adachi got the win, improving to 3-2. He allowed 4 hits and walked 1 over 7.2 innings. Adachi allowed 2 earned runs. Ramon Martinez, credited with the save, is now 14 for 17 in save opportunities.
Harley Hooper aided the Calgary cause with a 2-run double in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the designated hitter went 1 for 3 with a double and was hit by a pitch, while adding 2 RBI.
