| Raiders Win at Antioch, 7-5 | Antioch right fielder Jesús Castillo had a good game, even if his team did not. The Coal Miners dropped a 7-5 decision to Reno at The Coal Mine. Castillo went 2-5 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Reliever Travis Zastrow picked up the win. His record improves to 1-0. Ijaz Kharoti took the loss. The Raiders saw their win-loss record go to 33-37. At the same time, the Coal Miners fell to 42-30.
Zach Davis aided the Reno cause with a bases-clearing double in the top of the seventh. For the game, the designated hitter went 2-5 with a double, while adding 3 RBI.
"You know, at the end of the day, it's about who scores the most runs," said Reno manager Ralph Oakes.
