| Mustangs Need Extras to Top Bumblebees | The Billings Mustangs topped the Pasadena Bumblebees, 3-2, in Darryl Kile League action at Cobb Field. The player of the game was Billings first baseman Jimi van der Pol. Pasadena has now lost 4 consecutive games.
The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Billings designated hitter Ross Stephenson, facing Zachary Royster, had a run-scoring ground out. It gave the Mustangs the 3-2 win.
