| Paczkis Use Late-Game Magic to Beat Phantoms | The rain came, as predicted, but the Canton Paczkis and Coronado Phantoms were able to complete their ballgame.
The Paczkis grabbed a win, 4-3, at Phantoms Field, overcoming a fine effort from Coronado pitcher David Araujo. Araujo went 8 innings and allowed no earned runs. Xiong Yang was the winner. Over 8 innings, he allowed 3 runs on 7 hits, with 1 walk and 3 strikeouts. John Knight converted his 15th save in 17 tries.
