| Cats Jolt Aeropostales with Late Rally | The Fort Worth Cats faced a tough opponent in Indian Wells pitcher Toshikasu Yoshida, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Stars Field by a final score of 6-3. Yoshida went 5.2 innings and allowed 1 earned run. The winner was Nate Lee in relief. His record improves to 3-3. Hal Walshe took the loss. Fort Worth is now riding a 5-game win streak.
The Cats got a big at-bat from catcher Rob Koller. For the game, Koller went 1-4 with a double and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. In the top of the ninth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 8th double of the season gave Fort Worth a 6-3 lead.
"We put it together today and came out with the win," Koller said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."
