| Victory Pushes Paczkis Record to 30-22 | It was a fun time at Mckinley Park, where the Indian Wells Aeropostales and Canton Paczkis tangled.
Canton designated hitter Chris McNair was instrumental in his team's 8-3 win over the Indian Wells Aeropostales. McNair, who is tied for 10th in the NAL in home runs with 9, went 2-3 with 1 run scored to lead the offensive attack for the Paczkis. Don Hart, credited with the win, is now 5-4. He allowed 3 runs on 4 hits in 8 innings.
McNair contributed a big hit, a grand slam home run, for Canton in the bottom of the third. With his team trailing 2-1, McNair took a curveball from Orlando Días and stroked the home run to right. His 9th home run of the season allowed the Paczkis to leap in front, 5-2.
"Winning the game is always the first objective," McNair said.
The Paczkis bumped their record to 30-22 with this latest triumph.
