| Multi-HR Game for Alroy in 6-4 Win | Bartley Alroy was instrumental in his team's 6-4 triumph over the Vancouver Pioneers. The designated hitter slugged 2 home runs, while adding 3 RBI and scoring twice for the Eureka Hornets. Eureka starter Juan Mendoza was credited with the win after throwing 100 pitches over 5.2 innings. His record now stands at 2-2. Vancouver, at 6-14, is off to a poor start in 2038.
Alroy had a big at-bat with a runner on 1st in the top of the third inning, when he hit a 2-run home run. The Hornets went on to win.
