Fireballs Clip Freeze in Tight Contest

The Minneapolis Freeze got a sterling performance from catcher Reynaldo Carrillo, but the Fireballs still prevailed, 7-5. Carrillo was named the player of the game in a losing cause. He went 4-4 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. The winner was David Myers in relief. His record improves to 1-1. Jorge Olivo took the loss. With the win, the Fireballs have a record of 12-21.
