| Vazquez Delivers Clutch At-Bat for Indian Wells in Walk-Off Win | The Indian Wells Aeropostales topped the Minneapolis Freeze, 7-6, with catcher Jae-hoon Moon playing a big role. Moon was 1-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 times and driving in 3 for the Aeropostales in the win. The Freeze fall to 9-17 and continue their uneasy start to the 2038 season.
Jesus Vazquez was the walk-off hero for Indian Wells. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Aeropostales pinch hitter hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," Vazquez said in his postgame press conference.
