Bumblebees Continue Hot Start to Season With Win

The Pasadena Bumblebees scored a 5-4 win versus the Calgary Kodiaks at The Hole. Pasadena pitcher Nick Copeland nabbed top player honors in the tight contest. David Benitez recorded his 1st save for Pasadena. Pasadena, now 14-5, has gotten their season off to a good start.

Randy Jesso, who is tied for 9th in the DKL in triples with 1, chipped in for Pasadena with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the seventh. For the game, the third baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
