Bumblebees Jolt Caterpillars with Late Rally

The Pasadena Bumblebees faced a tough opponent in Peoria pitcher Jack Mainjer, but did just enough to pull out the victory at The Hole by a final score of 5-3. Mainjer went 7 innings and allowed no earned runs. The winner was Pasadena reliever Vince Johnson, now 1-0. The loser was Freddy Aguilar. Pasadena is now 13-5.
