Reno wasted a solid 8-inning effort from starting pitcher Bill Rankin, losing to Fort Worth, 2-1, at Red Rocket Field. Chris Durkin, the winner, improved to 2-1. He held Reno to no earned runs on 5 hits over 6 innings, while racking up 7 strikeouts. Fort Worth goes to 13-4 with the win.
