| Canadians Subdue Indian Wells, 5-3 | Vancouver Canadians starter Rogelio Pino was in fine form against the Indian Wells Aeropostales at Stanley Park, leading his team to a 5-3 win. The Aeropostales fall to 5-10 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2038 season.
Vancouver took a 5-3 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With one out, left fielder Eric Kilpatrick hit a 3-run home run that set the crowd abuzz.
"We'll relax tonight and enjoy this win," said Kilpatrick.
