| Kodiaks Nip Bombers, 3-2 | The Calgary Kodiaks did just enough to sneak past the Bronx Bombers, 3-2, at Foothills Stadium. Calgary pitcher Domingo Trinidad earned player of the game honors. The Bombers fall to 6-7 and continue their uneasy start to the 2038 season.
Harley Hooper aided the Calgary cause with a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the first baseman drove in one run.
"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Hooper told reporters after the game.
