| Coal Miners Continue Hot Start to Season With Win | The Antioch Coal Miners defeated the Billings Mustangs, 6-2, in Darryl Kile League action at The Coal Mine, with Antioch pitcher Cesar Prado named player of the game. The Coal Miners keep rolling, raising their record to 9-4.
Adrián Ferreira drew 2 walks for Antioch. The 27-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the sixth. With one out and runners on 2nd and 3rd, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off John Curnew. It was his 5th RBI of the season.
