| Freeze Win at Reno, 8-4 | The Minneapolis Freeze topped the Reno Raiders, 8-4, with left fielder Ken Simpson playing a big role. Simpson was 3 for 4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk for the Freeze in the win. Alex Munoz picked up the win with 5.1 innings of work. He allowed 4 earned runs on 8 hits, while walking 2 and striking out 3. On the season, he is now 1-0. The Raiders fall to 5-7 and continue their wobbly start to the 2038 season.
