| Sphinx Lose, 9-4, at Durham Bulls Athletic Park | Fairfield center fielder Tom Warholic had a 3-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Cairo Sphinx, 9-4. Eduardo Fuentez got the save, the 3rd for him this season. The win moves Fairfield to a record of 6-5.
Warholic had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the sixth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Flash went on to win.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Warholic told the Fairfield Herald.
