| Sorensen has 3 hit night, Kodiaks Move to 5-2 | The Calgary Kodiaks downed the Astoria Argonauts, 6-3, at Golden Fleece Park. Dave Sorensen led the way, going 3-for-3 for Calgary. The save was credited to Ramon Martinez, his 3rd. Calgary goes to 5-2 with the win.
Sorensen had a game-changing home run in the top of the sixth. On a first pitch cutter from Kenji Wada, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Kodiaks a 6-3 lead. It was the 1st home run of the year for Sorensen.
"We'll relax tonight and get back after it tomorrow," Sorensen said after the game.
