| 3-0 Win by Canadians Continues Hot Start | The Vancouver Canadians topped the Albuquerque Cacti, 3-0, in Nick Adenhart League action at Albuquerque Sports Stadium. The player of the game was Vancouver pitcher Tommy Brereton. Brereton picked up the win for Vancouver, going 6.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 4 hits. He now sports a record of 1-0. The Canadians, now 5-2, have been on a roll in the early going.
