Bahena was named the player of the game despite the loss. He belted 2 home runs. Ruben Luna picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 1-3. Pang Yip was tagged with the loss. The win boosts the Marauders to 76-83. The loss puts the Earthquakes at 76-82.
Alejandro Marés, who is tied for 8th in the TML in runs scored with 98, aided the Maple cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the eighth. For the game, the shortstop went 1-4.
