| Titanic Score Late to Upend Aces, 5-4 | The Belfast Titanic topped the Las Vegas Aces by the score of 5-4, with the biggest share of the credit going to center fielder Dermott Glennon. Glennon was 2-3 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 3 runs for the Titanic on the day. Belfast reliever Juan Salinas picked up the win, upping his record to 5-9. Nelson Cardona shouldered the loss. Belfast now sits in last place in the Roberto Clemente League Christian Latulippe Division at 60-95.
Glennon had a game-changing home run in the top of the eighth. On a 0-2 cutter from Nelson Cardona, he banged a solo home run to left, giving the Titanic a 5-4 lead. It was the 16th home run of the year for Glennon.
In postgame comments to the Belfast Times, Glennon said, "If the effort is there, the wins will come."
