| Titanic Win at Tonga, 3-2 | The Belfast Titanic did just enough to secure a 3-2 victory over the Tonga G.o.D. at Isle of Destiny. Nobody did more than pitcher Jon Givens, who captured player of the game honors. Belfast is now 58-94, while Tonga is 72-81.
Had Dermott Glennon not delivered a key base hit in the top of the seventh, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 2nd, Glennon hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 3-2, in favor of the Titanic.
Givens attributed the win to "energy and focus on the part of everyone."
