Late Rally by Mustangs Secures Win
Mile High starter Rich Virola had a strong outing against the Quebec Armada at Lucky 7 Ballpark. The right-hander was a big part of his team's 5-2 win. Mile High reliever Dave Sherrill picked up the win, upping his record to 3-1. Oscar Cruz absorbed the loss. The Mustangs now have a record of 67-84 with the win over Quebec.

The Mustangs got a big at-bat from catcher Alex Moreno. For the game, Moreno went 1-3 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI. In the top of the eighth, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 15th double of the season gave Mile High a 5-2 lead.

"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Virola.
