| Tornadoes Lose, 5-1, at The Nest | The Eureka Hornets got a good effort from starter Roberto Duran in defeating the Kansas City Tornadoes at The Nest. The final score was 5-1. Duran picked up the win for Eureka, going 7.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 8-12. Yoshiki Sato was credited with the save.
