The San Diego Hops defeated the Dallas Texans, 6-3, in Roberto Clemente League action at Metroplex Park, with San Diego first baseman Zach Hopkins named player of the game. The winner was Landy Lu, who threw 99 pitches over 8 innings. The right-hander was charged with 3 runs on 7 hits.
