| Victory Over Blazers Takes Georgia to 88-50 | Bloomington pitcher Joey Steamer gave the Grays all they could handle, but in the end, Georgia left The Death Star with a 5-2 win. Steamer allowed 4 earned runs on 7 hits over 6.1 innings. The Grays have an impressive 88-50 record.
Georgia took a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the seventh inning. With no one out, right fielder Andreas Kubel hit a 2-run home run that set the crowd abuzz.
