| Aces Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Beavers | Las Vegas beat Portland on the strength of starter Chris Burgess's fine effort. The left-hander led his team to a 3-2 win. Burgess, now 10-9, was the winner. In 8 innings, he gave up 10 hits, while striking out 5, walking 1, and allowing 1 earned run. The Aces, at 68-68, have now won 7 straight.
