Aces Fall Short, 1-0, at Tonga

The Tonga G.o.D. picked up a win at Isle of Destiny, knocking off the Las Vegas Aces, 1-0. On the mound for Tonga was left-hander Adhipa Vemireddy, who played a pivotal role in the win. Vemireddy got the win, improving to 3-0. He allowed 5 hits and walked 2 over 7 innings. Vemireddy allowed no earned runs. Robinson Merrado finished the game for Tonga and earned his 4th save.

Tonga second baseman Jose Macias delivered a solo home run in the bottom of the first. Overall, he went 3 for 4, including 1 home run, 1 single, and 1 double. He scored 1 run and batted in 1.
