Sasquatch Come Back Late to Clip Texans

Seattle beat Dallas at Sick's Stadium, eking out a 9-8 win. The win was due in large part to catcher Kiyoji Matsumoto, who earned player of the game honors. Quiang Tu got credit for the win, improving to 1-0. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1 innings. The Sasquatch keep rolling, raising their record to 10-3.

Matsumoto had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the ninth. On a first pitch fastball from Sam Thomas, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Sasquatch a 9-8 lead. It was the 7th home run of the year for Matsumoto.

"I like our moxie," said Sasquatch manager Bob Miller.
