| Aces Lose to Mustangs, 12-5 | The Las Vegas Aces got a superb performance from right fielder Joe Taylor. Still, it wasn't enough to beat Mile High. The Mustangs won the game, 12-5. In spite of the loss, Taylor was named the player of the game. He was 3-3 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. Mile High is now 56-72.
Arvid van der Reijden hit a run-scoring double off Ross Allan in the bottom of the fourth, which put the Mustangs in front, 4-3. In addition to the double, van der Reijden had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said van der Reijden.
